Ugh I hate playing the waiting game, especially with medical stuff. I just finished the long process of injuring my knee last June to finally have surgery 3 weeks ago. I can relate to what your going through. Your T is correct that distracting yourself is the best thing. Everytime I caught myself thinking up possibilities, I stopped myself and asked myself how does the worrying help and/or change anything, not suprisingly it doesn't, this often helped me refocus my energy.
