Like:
1. I've lost 30lbs in the past year, more than halfway to my goal weight
2. I was the first in my family to graduate college (and did so with honors)
3. I'm one of the few people I know that loves their job (even though its completely unrelated to my college degree, and I didn't even need a degree to get it)
4. Strong work ethic (my manager at work told me the other day he wishes everybody there worked as hard as I do)
5. I'm a good speller
6. I'm great at keeping secrets
7. I'm a good listener
8. I'm good at managing my money
9. I've come a long ways socially in the past year and learned a lot about myself
10. I've started to develop my faith

Dislike:
1. I sleep too much (I think its mostly depression setting in)
2. Social anxiety/possible avoidant personality disorder
3. I don't have the motivation to start (or keep) an exercise routine to lose the last of the weight I'd like to lose
4. I'm slightly overweight still
5. I'm hairy (I'm female and have dark, thick hair on my stomach, thick eyebrows, dark hair on my arms/legs, hair on my toes and knuckles, etc)
6. I'm very inexperienced sexually, especially for my age
7. I feel as though I am several years behind my peers in most developmental milestones (didn't drive until I was 18, didn't graduate college until I was 23, didn't move out until I was 24, still haven't had any significant long-term relationships)
8. Very low/nearly non-existent sex drive (with others anyways)
9. Don't eat very healthy
10. Don't have any special skills/talents (although I'm slowly working on this)
First of all, congradulations on the weight loss (YAY!!)

I don't have much motivation to exercise either so you are not alone in that aspect. To me, it seems that your are not behind your peers like you may think you are. The information seems very normal for this economic time.

I also feel I have no particular skills or talents for the workplace. Having received constant criticism from employers on what needs improvement, we don't hear enough of what we do well. With that knowledge now, I can observe my own team at work and tell them what they do well. Let's pass on to others what we now know people need to hear. Including ourselves.

I was investigated for an incident at work and I learned not to jump the gun and assume responsibility right away. If I know it was not my doing, I need to keep my own sense of self respect instead of bowing down to intimidation. I was not at fault and should never have doubted my own honour. If nobody else praises you....then you praise yourself.
Thanks for this!
