Hard to say whether it's the side effects of the mianserin or the risperdal, as both can cause sedation. Mianserin can cause dry mouth and risperidone can cause drooling.

Have you thought about taking either the mianserin or the risperidone in the morning? Or perhaps try switching from Mianserin to a less sedating antidepressant (an SSRI or SNRI for example)? Or switch from risperidone to a less sedating antipsychotic (Abilify)?

individual talk therapy, CBT, group therapy, couple's therapy, hypnosis
