Hi Heather -
I'm a firefighter/paramedic forced out of my career because of my BP and other psych diagnoses. Trying to get back into healthcare in some form because I'm never allowed to do fire/EMS again and my current job changing oil and tires sucks. I wrecked my marriage by being selfish and stupid on a manic episode. I'm seriously struggling with cutting again after blowing two years of being SI free and I'm suicidal most days.

The point here isn't my sob story. I've learned that many people here have had it worse than I do but they are still in there and fighting. I try to follow their example and listen to their wisdom.
