- I'm sorry you're still grieving the death of your special T and feeling like life is over. I can relate to not taking care of ourselves - although I watch my overall fat intake, I don't eat enough fresh fruits and veggies - depression affects the way we care for ourselves. When's the last time you had a complete physical?? I know its hard to eat when you're not hungry, but pretend you're taking care of your child - you would tell them to eat anyways.
After your T died, did you get another therapist? Sounds like you need some grief counseling. Your T must have been a great person and I bet he wouldn't want you to wither away. I'm sure you have family would would miss you too. If you haven't have a complete physical lately, then please make an appt this Monday. Treat yourself like a good friend for now and I hope you can tap into that inner spunk that's still there.
