Hope this is the right place to post this question ...
My therapist and I have been working together for about three months, and she would like me to try EMDR this Friday. I've read about what it is and how it works, but I'm a little anxious.
I'm curious to hear what other people's experiences with it have been like, and if it has been helpful or not.
Thanks a ton if you can share any of that with me - I'm sure it would help ease this subtle anxiety a bit.
