If you have good rapport with your PCP then maybe run it by your T, have T scribble a little note saying " susie q is under my care and is stable to participate BSA adventure training, and then go get the physical form filled out. If you do not have a good rapport with a PCP go to a Doc-in-the- Box and have the physical done there. I have no doubt that #1- you would not put your child in danger by participating if you were not stable and #2 the Doc-in-the-Box will fill the form out. If you are stable and your T says OK then the point is moot. Have fun.
