My T is on the crisis intake team. I'd figure that someone else was really in need of serious help. He is almost always on time though & has apologized the few times that he wasn't.

I was FAR more upset the time he was waiting behind the desk when I got there. That REALLY freaked me out. I like to get checked in & established prior to seeing him.
