I am not sure if this is a triggering question but if it is please mark it as. I live with my family I do not own or rent it. We have a problem with flies and bed bugs. The bed bugs are so bad I can not sleep at night. I have asked about an exterminator and all I am told is can't afford it. I do not have te money to rent a place or go to a hotel. What can I do about this? Is this Abuse?
