I was just thinking about what I had replied & really felt the need to let you know that I wasn't personally asking you these questions....but that they were just food for your personal thinking.

I know that major deep thinking at that level is very personal & really not something meant to share here.....more for introspective thoughts than anything else.....something that one would share more with their T.
I know that I never shared my thoughts with anyone because they weren't something that I even realized until years after I had gone through the su issues & actually until I finally left my husband & had a clear enough mind to be able to realize what thoughts I had that took me to the places I went emotionally.

Sending you lots of caring thoughts & 's as I can understand the struggle you are going through with all of this.

I hope that you will be able to come to your self awareness that can help you understand where your thoughts & feelings are coming from. It's difficult to do alone which is why we do have T's to help us figure out the emotions that cause us so much struggle......I wish they could do more than help us figure out them out & wish they could actually fix the problems.....unfortunately that is something only we can do....but it's nice to have the helpful guidance especially when we come to the extreme emotional parts.

I know you are going through a very tough struggle at this point....just hold on.....life really can get better & the future holds wonders that we can't even imagine especially when we put our trust in God to help guide us through also.
