I'm sorry to hear you feeling very low currently, I know myself sometimes hard to want to do anything. But, I try each day to do something. I try to gain new interests or continue with those I have. Have you sought medical attention?
Counselling might be helpful, if felt wished to try that. I find it helps me, reflecting on my feelings. Distraction a good means to maybe increase your mood, by doing something you love/ that holds your interest. My cats cheer me up, as my one Frodo senses When I'm upset and comes right away for attention.
