This is a take off from another thread.
Has anyone read a non-self-help book that your therapist has recommended. Some time ago (over a year) I was talking with my therapist about the musical Wicked (I have never seen it), I know she is a bit Wizard of Oz fan. So I was in the bookstore last week trying to find a book to read on a trip I just got back from, after looking around for about an hour or so I kept coming back to the book Wicked, I’m sure the bright green that the book’s edges are colored helped to keep pulling my attention back to that book. And while I’m not finished with it yet I’m already glad that I got it.
The other tread about reading to your therapist got me thinking about this, sort of a silly topic for a thread now that I think about it.
