Dreamer, you are not a bother. I am sorry you hurt yourself again but I am glad you were able to make it a week. That is good. I am so glad you seem to like your new therapist. Try to think possitively about her ability to help you. I know you feel beyond help right now but that is just the depression talking. You can get help in helping yourself. You can do it. You have done it in the past. Has something happened recently that triggered this cutting episode?
