I had an ECT today and the nurse that was doing my IV pissed me off. He asked me how I was doing and I told him that things were rough. I told them that I have been having problems eating(I don't fit the criteria for anorexia because I'm actually overweight but I eat like 2 really small meals a day if that.) and you know what he told me? He told me to just "pick up a fork and eat!" I was so pissed. I told him that it was easier said than done and he said that he could "show me" how its done. I hate when people say things like that or think that its automatically easy to get rid of eating issues. Ugh! I felt like he was judging me and I do enough judging of myself... I don't need his crap either!
