Hi there! you sound like my fiance when he was younger....and up to date!! Depression seems to be a big part of ADHD/ADD and its finding ways to manage the ups and downs! you said you was active with sports which is great, try be active more often! when my fiance is active his depression melts away and the ADHD is not quite so bad! its all about finding things that help you as everyone is different! He also suffered allot at school and university with concentration and headaches, have you been tested for Dyslexia?? My fiance also has dyslexia and would get headaches form reading for 5mins but we have since had his eyes tested and he has glasses with blue tints as the colour filter makes the writing clearer for him to read! Maybe get tested as everyone with Dyslexia has a different case and you may just need a tinted reading sheet!! My fiance has never been on any meds for ADHD but he has antidepressants to manage the depression and anger he also attended therapy which he did not find helpfull but as i say everyone is different!Try a few groups and sessions! Dont be shy though there are many support groups out there and there are more people than you realise that have ADHD/ADD so dont feel alone! Hope this helps
