Yes, i experience this!!! (((Hamartia))) it is a terrible feeling. What helps in long run is therapy. Right when it happens hugging my dog or having bfriend hold me. Definitely putting clothes back on and gping for a walk , getting out of house and talking about it a later time. Emdr , eft and neurofeedback are therapies that help me. Safe hugs.
