Here is the summary of the article. One part of it sounds like me spouting my opinion, but it's the only way to really word it without giving direct quotes. Everything below is a summary of the article.

The therapist has been charged with unprofessional conduct in regards to two patients. She is being charged because she entered into personal relationships with two patients. One patient suffering from several disorders did not have insurance which was accepted by the therapist and the therapist told her that she would not bill her until she found a job. When the T disclosed to the patient that she was having money problems, the patient gave her tens of thousands of dollars, which she charged on her credit cards. The therapist told her she was deducting these gifts from her total amount owed. Then the therapist said she was going to pay off the monthly credit card balances. The therapist paid off enough of the balance that the patient never complained, but it was never really resolved or paid off. The therapist and the patient disagree about the exact dollar amounts, but regardless of how much money it was, there’s obviously a huge power differential in this situation that the therapist took advantage of. The therapist also accepted gifts from patients, and disclosed an undue amount of information about her personal life.

Additionally, another patient was receiving in home treatment because he was deathly ill. The therapist helped him with things like shopping and getting him to the doctor. She helped the patient draft his will. The will included the therapist as a beneficiary.

The owner of the therapy center the therapist worked at has asked for a chance to work it out, but if that does not happen a hearing will occur. The reporter tried to reach the therapist in question for comment, but she did not respond.
Thanks for this!
