oh my god, guys the man they assigned me to is MEAN

I was in tears on the phone.

This morning when I called i was told he only works from 9-11 in the office. So, I kept calling and I left three messages. Well when I finally got him he tripped out on me on the phone giving me this "this is how our system works and I dont appreciate it when you leave multiple messages because it JUNKS UP MY MACHINE!" SO anyways I explained why and he said "I know but still one message is enough" Well, I have been leaving messages for three days and noone has gotten back to me!

Anyways now he scheduled a visit for this afternoon which means that I will be here alone with him and I am freaking out because on on hand if I dont let him come out, I might not get assistance. IF I do i will be here alone with him and god knows what could happen. I am really really really scared.. he was so mean whats he going to be like when he sees my horridly messy apartment

I havent slept yet and Im having really really negative thoughts, everything is spiraling out of my control.. I dont mean to rant guys Im sorry im just panicking..
