This sucks... I just woke up. It's 3:00 pm. I'm really ****ed up. Lately my sleep has been completely out of control and I've been trying everything I can to get it back under control, but it's just simply not working... Last night I tried to go to sleep 4 or 5 times and all I ended up doing was lying there staring at my wall. Each time I waited about 15 minutes. Nothing. And this isn't the first time either. This has been going on for a while now.
I've been logging my sleep and the results look awful...
From the 12th to the 24th these are my waking times, my sleeping times and the number of hours I'm getting each night:

I've tried opening my window during the day, turning off all lights during the night, keeping all stimulating activities out of my room (like using a computer), journaling to get my thoughts out of my head before I go to bed, using scents like lavender, I don't even drink coffee or soda, turning on the radio or listening to soft music, exercising (not too close to bed time though), drinking chamomile tea, using Benadryl, taking a warm bath ... that's about it I think.
None of these things really help much. I'm really getting desperate here... Does anyone here have any suggestions?
