In my experience, the best thing to beat depression is to actually make changes in your life. Figure out what in your life is making you unhappy and change it. I know that is much easier said than done, but it's the only thing that really helped me beat my depression.

depakote (divalproex sodium) 1000mg, abilify (aripiprazole) 4mg, cymbalta (duloxetine) 60mg, dexedrine (dexamphetamine) 35mg, ativan (lorazepam) 1mg prn, iron supplements

past meds:
ritalin, adderall, risperdal, geodon, paxil, celexa, zoloft

other:
individual talk therapy, CBT, group therapy, couple's therapy, hypnosis
