hi shakes sorry to hear things are overloading this week. i was talking about illness in another thread and for me whenever i get the flu i always take it as a sign that my body is telling me to slow down and take it easy. it's not like I'm all "new wave" or anything, i certainly believe in communicable diseases i just always feel it's not one or the other but a combination of both. if your instinct is telling you to take a break the best thing to do is listen to that instinct and not try to fight it.

get some rest. this place is always here for you and you are always here for us but that doesn't mean you should be pressured to post if you need the rest. so take it easy and be there for you for a little while. we'll be thinking about you and hope you are past this and feel better soon. hope you have lots of nice soup and soft tissues and a nice bed to rest or watch tv or read or whatever it is that can be relaxing and soothing. especially stomach things can be the worst sometimes.
