My T has let me down ! He offered to help me then when i said ok help me he told me to call a complete stranger or a helpline that always makes things worse, i begged them to help me before it was to late and they sent me away so now i guess the only way to get real help when you need it is to do something drastic. Stupid me for trusting anyone, no one can take it and just leaves!
