Hi ((((Midnight)))) I found (for me) that it makes a huge difference while taking Rx to also go to my T and talk things out.

The truly tricky part is finding the right T. I got really lucky this time because my current T was really paying attention and added up all of the symptoms and came up with a Dx that "fit".

I felt sooo relieved. It just "clicked". Now am on my way to feeling a little better (inch by inch. It's not easy).

I can say, though, since a proper Dx, I have felt a huge weight lift and I don't feel as depressed (sad, hopeless, alone, etc). I still have my moments, but I realize the Anx/Dep was a symptom of a much greater thing.

Also, regarding your BF. I am sure he cares very much about how you are doing and is concerned. He is probably wishing only the very best for you and it hurts him to see you hurting.

I hope you will continue to post and share.
