Looks like a good combo to me.

If you would add an SSRI/SNRI antidepressant to that, it would be a KILLER combo for bipolar depression. Both the lithium and abilify would boost the effects of the antidepressant, the lithium would fight suicidality, and the mood-stabilizing properties of the lithium and abilify would keep you from going manic on the anti-depressant.

IMO, lithium+abilify+SNRI is like the holy grail for Bipolar I. But lithium+abilify is a strong combo as well, especially for someone prone to mania.
