I've been through periods where I went to therapy and I didn't think it was helping. I ultimately quit because I was "tired of talking about myself" but now I'm thinking I need to try again. I need someone to talk to about how I feel because I get seriously depressed.
I just want to relate that I think it's worth trying again and again because you get that outside perspective that helps you change the way you're thinking, and it's like a rut that you get in when you're depressed. Trying therapy beats trying nothing.
