Sorry you are feeling soooo low right now, Alaskan. I know there's not much to say that can truly comfort and console in that place - at least that's how it is for me when I'm in that place. I can say that I know that there most definitely is a you - but I also know that someone else just saying so isn't enough for us to feel it sometimes.
A friend of mine shared a poem with me today that I would like to share with you - perhaps you might find some comfort, consolation, encouragement, inspiration, or simply empathy in the words.
