Hello Everyone

I don't like to label myself but I guess I could say that I am a passive aggressive type B personality.

I am very timid when it comes to confronting ppl in authority over me, like in a work situation. I need to learn how to confront ppl at work in an appropriate manner without losing my temper or not getting myself "heard". I dont yell...I am just very direct in an arguementative sorta way.

Suggestions?
