Been there too......Understand the feelings.

Actually took several years to get past those feelings both times it happened. Luckily I survived all the central lines & the IV nutritions.

They say that emotions pass like waves (thus says my DBT).....thinking that those weren't just normal waves but more like tsunami's. Most waves pass normally...but there are those that leave some level of mess behind them.
