Rainbowzz, what is EI? I am not familiar with that terminology.

If you are disabled, you could possibly be eligible to rent an apt that is used only for the elderly and disabled. They are not the most fun places in the world, but they are govn't subsidized. It might really help you. If you need more info, send me a pm.
