Hi Quizzickle,

A boiled peanut begins with a "green" peanut, as in not dry roasted. It's fresh from harvest straight out of the soil. You boil them in salted water until the nut is soft, very tasty if cooked right. I cook them right!

This is how I make 2 quarts of sweet tea, In about 3 cups boiling water I add 8 small tea bags. I let it steep/sit for an hour. I use 1/2 cup sugar but some use much more than that! I add the rest of the water stir well and refrigerate it.

That's sweet tea. In the south (hot & humid) ICED sweet tea is the regional
drink of many.
