Someone on here once said, " suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem." That really resonated with me. Also on this
site even, i see the pain of those left behind after suicide. It's more hellacious than words can describe. Please do what you need to
be safe. That might mean calling hotline, T or going to ER. Just stay safe. You are so precious. Hugs.
