I am here for the same reasons you are...there is no one to talk to that understands me....It makes me mad that people expect me to act like Sybil or something....some times I want to mess with them and " act like I am switching." And some times I want to tell them that one of my parts is a" serial killer"... but all they would hear is " I kill people" and off to the nut house we would go
I have a really good therapist now ....finally!!!! uuggggg where do these suppressive therapist get their training?...I wish I could train a few...The firts thing I would tell them is to forget everything they learned in medical books and movies...hahaha ...I was trying to find a Tx. once and after I was told for the umptinth time that " we all dissociate and miss our exit" when he found out I was for real he says" yes I will see you but you would have to train me!!!!! I seriously thought about it.... Any way the cousolor we see now really knows her stuff and we are getting better and a few have been intergrated ...gotta go...work you know helps pay bills and lets me buy stuff
