Are you in therapy to help with your issues? It seems like therapy combined with healthy eating and exercise would help alot. I know when I exercise every day even if it's only 10min I feel so much better physically and mentally.

*edit: sorry I didn't look over the title of your post good enough. I've never had an rating disorder but have struggled with poor self image all my life.
