Today was a little strange it started by thinking today was a different day, than thought that I was smoking and I don't smoke, I thought that I didn't have and kids and I have 4 wonderful kids, and all this happened in a matter of 5 minutes.....Tomorrow i'm going to the doctor and I know she will be mad at me..... Sometimes it is hard to tell things when your not sure if it is real or not, I know she will listen and I hope she can help me through so I can get the answers I need to the strange thoughts that I have in my mind.....
