Well! Today was session 2 and I think i really like her. It's still a bit off putting (?) or just.... to have someone WANT to know about us... about US. And hear us and want to talk to us. and be attentive to US. This will take some getting used to. But she's quick of mind and really attentive to our changes that many people can't even get. I mean she could actually tell when I "went to the back" and could SEE me "fade to the back".
She wants to do EMDR with each of the parts and "let each one be the star of themselves". Let each one really be heard. OMG no one's EVER done that. Ever. Came home and ate a pint of ice cream ah but I am working on not judging myself. There may be some behaviors at first and I know they will be there and will temper down after some time.
Wow this may finally be it - the person who can really help us have a breakthrough on trauma, and team building, and cutting... I am ready for this person to be it.
