For me, being co-consciuos means not as many notes to write and knowing where you are and how you got to where you wanted to go. Knowing what "suzie" said to Dr. John even though you weren't the one going to actually see Dr. John.
Being co-conscious is knowing almost all things that everyone else knows inside regarding outside living things to me.
Being co-conscious to us means "I know if I look at that blinking traffic light, I will be instantly triggered. So that means to us get someone inside that doesn't have a problem with blinking lights. let them out and then ask kindly if you could continue being out" So for my system we all would agree being co-conscious is far better then being no conscious! Especially if your diagnosed with MPD or DID.
