I'm sorry you feel like this! I know how confusing that feeling is--get that plenty these days.
If this helps you any, here is what I say to myself: "I hear that someone is feeling sad. If you want to go to the safe room and rest or play or do something that makes you feel better, that is ok." And then I'll ask one of the grownups inside to please help the sad one.
Sometimes that works, sometimes not.
