Taking double dose happens to the best of us. I am on methotrexate for arthritis - it's a potent cancer med that is used to treat symptoms of arthritis. Took it one night, took sleeping pill, woke up at 6am and thought I didnt take med so took another 15 mg. Almost had to go to hospital to be monitored. Boy did I feel stupid!
