I think I'm going to email my psychologist first, because I don't want to screw this up.

Even though I'll get loads of awkward questions tomorrow from the psychiatrist and nurse, I suppose it doesn't matter.
I'm getting no help though, but I did keep seeing and hearing her name everywhere - maybe it was for this.
