Idk why your question would upset anyone. It does sound like a type of pain. My favorite T helped me with body pain. This is the weird thing he had me do:relax and focus on body part that hurt, and at same time focus on a body part that doesnt hurt ie my right pinky. Then feel any feelings that come up and know that they are ok. I never got to the feelings though. It was super interesting the pain
Would keep jumping each time i did it to a different part of my body. One day it kept doing this until it dissapeared. Hope this helps. Peace. Hugs if that's ok.
