One can loose & also maintain a healthy weight after dealing with an ED. It helps to have someone you are accountable to regarding your choices & the things you do (a nutritionist/therapist/etc).....but it's really your desires & choices that will make the difference in the long run.
Hope you find the best way to achieve your goal in the healthy way.
I know it's hard because at times when I gain more than I want, just restricting for a little while brings my weight back down to where I feel better about it......but I find I feel so much better to just maintain that good weight with healthy eating. Hopefully you will be able to do that also once you get to your healthy weight.
I think a nutritionist would be the best place as they can suggest the right foods for your metabolism do loose the weight at a healthy rate. It's much harder to do it on your own.
