I'm here, and I'm OK and abstinent. The past few days have been a bit different/challenging, because of eating things that aren't generally on my food plan. However, I am slowly learning that abstinent does not need to mean rigid. Exceptions can be made, new foods can be tried, as long as there is no binge eating or eating trigger foods.
