As you are well aware, our session today was terrible. The location had so much interference that I couldn't do it. Too much distraction and noise. Even though I am so disappointed that we didn't have a great session, I am thankful that you didn't charge me for this visit. It makes me know that you understood how hard it was for me to concentrate with all the racket going on in the other part of the office! I hope next week is better.
