Hey Dude! Welcome to the forums! I don't consider it a waste of time to read your post and get to know you a bit. I hope you'll stick around and write more. And you're right, depression is definitely a beast, but we try to work together here to keep it under control as much as possible.

Be as selfish as you need to be, it's your health and well-being that you're talking about. There are many warm and caring people here that can help you get thru the rough spots. Many of them have helped me, and I'm very grateful for that.
