Hi,

Do you drink caffeine during the day? I think caffeine can have long-lasting effects for a lot of folks. I used to have more of these kinds of dreams and problems when I drank caffeine. I stopped completely a couple of years ago, and my dreams and sleep-talking, etc., have slowed down a lot. It may not work for everyone, but it might be something to try if you haven't done so yet.

Making the hours before sleeptime as peaceful as possible sometimes helps too....i.e., not watching the TV latenight news at bedtime if that is scary for you, if you read choose a happy kind of book, exercise early in the day if you are going to exercise.....things you probably already know <g>

Hope you can get a better night's sleep. I know it's hard to miss sleep on top of everything else!

Take care,
ErinBear
