For me, I feel better when I do all my sleeping in one block. I used to go out till late at night, sleep a few hours, go to work, come home, sleep a few hours and then go out and that wore me down. Granted, I was doing unhealthy partying in the evenings =) but still. As long as you're getting at least 8 hours of sleep, eating right and drinking plenty of water, you should be fine. Just make sure to live healthy outside the crazy schedule!
