I can't say officially but I would believe it would be very difficult. When I was working on another forum I know the only time we handed over details of members was when requested by the police or when we needed to report criminal activity or a suicidal or homicidal member to the authorities.

So unless it is in regards to a criminal proceeding against you I don't think it would happen, but I am sure someone official here will be able to give a definite answer
