for some people this is normal and for others it isnt. it all depends on how you are, what kinds of medications you are on and a whole bunch of other things like memories, triggers, and a whole bunch of other stuff.
we cant tell you if its normal for you, we can only tell you if its normal for us.
for me yes it was normal for me and my internal system to feel this way for many different reasons. sometimes it was because I wasnt getting enough sleep, or enough to drink or enough food, sometimes it was because of the kinds of medications and health problems, and sometimes it was just how I was that day for no reason other than thats how my body was.
your treatment providers can tell you if feeling this way is normal or not for you and why.
