there is so much going on in your life right now with yourself and those you care about. i know how it is to have a huge stressor/trauma and then the thoughts to splinter off into the "what ifs". i did that when my daughter was in the hosp. with the brain incident. it was those thoughts, combined with the other that made me feel like i was gonna "go down".
t had to remind me, even though very hard, to deal with the "what is", because right now for you that's more than a plate full. i know it's very hard to do, but can you try to direct thoughts back to what is?
personally, i couldn't do that very well, but did some.

it more had to "wear off". i hope you do better than i did. what i was able to do helped a bit, and i could see it helping really well had i started with it when it first started maybe. it's such a struggle.
