There is one other possible choice--have you ever considered writing an academic paper about this fantasy? Since you are a doctoral candidate, it would be a good idea to get the publication section of your vita started. Most of my own academic work involves sex or a Freudian reading of a piece of literature, etc. It felt really good to me to get my sexual issues worked out intellectually.
